Exploring Perth's National Parks With Your Mobility Scooter
Getting out and about in the fresh air to explore some of Perth’s local parks, waterways, or national parks is a sensational way to enjoy the outdoors during the Covid19 restrictions. I ventured up to John Forrest National Park on the weekend with my family to take advantage of the wonderful trails the park has on offer.
Set amongst Jarrah and Marri trees, the forest remains primarily in its natural state. During winter months, the Hovea and National Park Falls flow freely. The bike and walk trails are suitable for all ages and were easy to navigate using the TravelScoot. We thoroughly enjoyed meandering along the Heritage Trail together. The trail offers a great view of the valley below, passes through the historic Swan View tunnel, and has several natural features to admire along the way. The TravelScoot folding mobility scooter makes outings like this so easy to enjoy. It handled the gravel track with ease and even allowed me to navigate along the leafy side paths to observe wildlife. The lightweight, folding mobility scooter was easy to lift in and out of the car, and its long-range battery makes outing like this a breeze.
